Where To Eat In Pampanga: FineCuts Diner

If there's one thing I love doing in Pampanga- it's gobbling on their delicious food. Pampanga is also known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines and their food is always exquisite and mouth watering.

After attending the SINUKWAN FESTIVAL, we extended our stay for another day to enjoy more of Pampanga. My good friend Armela of Around The Metro PH and Pampanga Digital Influencer arranged for a gastronomic feast at FineCuts Diner.

WOLF DOWN

FineCuts Diner serves American dishes on their menu so if you're craving for burgers, ribs and steak then this is the place to be.

For starter, we had the chili cheese fries (PHP 85) and the chicken ranch burrito (PHP 115). It's a good munch while waiting for your late date or friend/s. Lol.

And then came the sizzling skillets. A medium-rare steak is always recommended, but yeah, we're Pinoys and it's highly likely that we want it well-done. I personally loved their Grilled Beef Steak (PHP 210) and the Porterhouse (PHP 265). It was grilled until tender. It is served with rice, veggies and bread- indeed it was heavy in tummy. I even thought the serving was gigantic and it can be shared to your lovey-dovey.

Their Classic Fried Chicken was a delight too. It was juicy and fried to a golden brown plus the crispy coating-- so what's there not to like? Priced at PHP 140, you can enjoy two pieces and it comes with rice and gravy too. I'm a big fan of chili wings and it's something I can't miss. For PHP 160 you get 4 pieces of classic wings with ranch dip. Not bad, eh? It's coated with sticky, spicy and sweet sauce and each bite provided a forkful of comfort and flavor.

The best thing about FineCuts Diner is that they also serve all-day breakfast. I mean, who doesn't like comfort meals like Tocino, Tapa and Sausage? It's paired with egg, rice and hash brown. It's a common dish done uncommonly well. Maybe it's the typical Kapampangan's love for cooking.

If you're not hankering for some rice meal, then you can always order their burger. Both the Classic Burger (PHP 125) and Cheesy Mushroom Burger (PHP 175) are hand crafted beef patties. It was enormous too, like maybe a quarter pounder, and just looking at it already made me feel like I'd shattered my jaw once I gobble it. They also have Carbonara (PHP 115) and Cheesy Mac (PHP 115).

THE MENU

THE VIBE

FineCuts Diner isn't that big but the glass walls make it super airy and give it a large feel. The wooden floors, tables and bar make it cozy. It feels clean and it's very inviting inside. I think it will be a great venue to hold intimate parties.
