Yu Fu In Yakiniku and Japanese Restaurant: A Japanese Food Lover's Dream Come True

During the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, we got the chance to experience Japanese at Yu Fu In. The restaurant started business back in 1995, known as Yakiniku Tombo Restaurant. They were the first to offer authentic Japanese cuisine in Angeles, Pampanga. To accommodate the growing number of their guests, they moved to a bigger and better place and is now known as Yu Fu In Yakiniku and Japanese Restaurant.

I heard they serve really great food and we were more than excited to try it ourselves.

Here's what we chomped:

 Rainbow Maki and California Maki

 Gyusara Set

 Mixed Tempura

Sukiyaki Set

 YuFuIn Ramen

 Beef  Stamina Set

YuFuIn Deluxe Bento

Well, we feast on everything that was served on our table. The servings were enormous, our table wasn't enough for 'em all!

The Rainbow and California Maki is a great way to start your YuFuIn experience.

I personally enjoyed the Beef Stamina Set. Truly, each bite provides a forkful of comfort and flavor. The beef was tender and packed with flavor.

For the more conservative one, the deluxe bento is a must try! The organic and sustainable ingredients leaves nothing to be desired.

The tempura was another favorite too. The shrimp and fish is cloaked in a light batter for extra crunch- it was crispy in the outside and tender on the inside.

The Ramen and the Sukiyaki Set- we love! They were bursting with flavors and alluring aromas.

As you may have noticed, most of what we ate was proportioned for sharing. These are lunch sets which almost look like a great party platter! Indeed we had a rich man's feast at a poor man's prices. Would you believe each lunch set costs not more than P200?!

The ambience, I dig!

Low table for that 'Japanese'-feel. Ahihihi.

I love this sort of cabana set up--for more privacy. It was love month on the time we were there hence those heart shaped balloons.

Shochu and Sake adorn this counter. The owner told us that you can leave your bottles here if you're not able to gobble them up and yes, it's still yours when you return! Bongga!

Up the 2nd floor:

YuFuIn is the first to offer Indoor Charcoal Grilling in Angeles. Indulge in Yakiniku here.

They also got a place for those who want more privacy.

And they have a haven for manga lovers!

We had a pleasant time at YuFuIn Yakiniku and Japanese Restaurant. You won't go hungry or disappointed. Every dish is served only with the finest ingredients. Truly, YuFuIn is bound to please the most demanding of tastebuds.

So when in Angeles, Pampanga, make sure you relish at YuFuIn.
