Kosen is in the 'pituitary gigantism' condition,which explains his tall stature. According to news, his hands and feet measure 10.8 inches (27.5 centimeters) and 14.4 inches (36.5 centimeters) respectively.Now I'm wondering..what else in him is LONG?lolz..This man is so tall, he can't fit in a normal car! He has to use a cane to support his upper body..You wouldn't want to be stumbled upon by this giant-so give way! =)
