Welcome Batch 19!!!

It was another toxic day for us in MUKHA AD ( Masiglang Ugnayan ng mga Kabataang Hinuhubog sa Anyo ng Anak ng Diyos ) last July 27. Grand Opening yun for Batch 19..Yes,,,it's the 19th year of this formation. I'm a graduate of Batch 14, and proud to be here still after 5 years..Sabi ko nga ng isang bagong pasok na brother sa grupo- 5 years na akong andito..mukha ba akong pagod na sa ginagawa ko? Definitely not! I enjoy what I'm doing- sharing what I've learned to my fellow youths and making most of the talents that God has given me.


This is my third year as an elected council officer-and having been given the position of Level1 Coordinator, I can say I have a big responsibility to do.I'll be in charged of the first part of the formation..Kaya nga to start with,naging busy kami preparing for the grand opening.. Grand kasi 19 na po kami!!!

Medyo malakas ang ulan last Sunday kaya inaasahan na naming kokonti than the usual ang darating.OK na rin naman. We have an ample number of interested participants. I really appreciate their efforts to come despite the bad weather. That only shows na interesado sila sa inooffer ng group-now that's the spirit!


I graced the affair together with the unstoppable Ate Myrna and the comical Mukha Ad freshie Fray Bert.

Fray Jigs, this year's coor gen,gave the opening remarks. Fr. Mars, Batch 2, shared his experience with the group.At syempre, the council and the staff gave a dance number. Sa mga ganitong pagkakataon lang makikitang sumasayaw ang mga brothers kaya bentang-benta sa mga audience ang mga parehong kaliwang paa nilang moves.. Spell kakawag-kawag sa stage?Hahaha!!!

Fray Caloy gave us a very wonderful song number na ikinatulala ni Ate Myrna.. Sumisikat na tlaga si Fray Caloy ngayon..And to complete the exposure,he facilitated a getting-to-know-you game.

Mas pinalalim ni Fr. Nilo ang mga napag-usapan during the group sharing.He emphasized how the group can be of help in one's discovery of their selves and their relationship with Christ.
Fr. Liklik gave the closing remarks. The council and the staff gave the newbies the MUKHA AD pin as token.

It was a delight to see new faces who will be joining this year's formation.I remember,I used to be like one of them,,Keen in listening and getting interested with the group..Batches passed and formed..and now,I'm another hand in sharing the rich and solid experiences I had in MUKHA AD.
