Beach Front Hotel in Boracay Station 2: Le Soleil de Boracay

We've been in pandemic for 2 years now and living in the metro had me tired and uninspired and yes, I've been wanting to take a break and go on an exciting trip. I really missed Boracay and had planned to visit here once the travel restrictions have eased.

Boracay Island is a resort island in the central Philippines. It is world famous because of its powdery, white sand, crystal clear turquoise waters, majestic sunset and tropical vibe. Earlier this month, I had the chance to revisit this island that never sleeps. It's my 4th time to be here and I still go over the moon whenever I'm here. On this blog, I'll be sharing where I stayed and some travel tips to guide you if you're planning to go here.

LE SOLEIL DE BORACAY

While in Boracay, seek out Le Soleil de Boracay for an accommodation that are ones of comfort. If your idea of a Boracay vacation meant beach front views and toes-digging-in-the-sand opportunities, then Le Soleil had you covered! It is located strategically at Station 2-considered the 'center' of Boracay because it is here where you can find food and shopping establishments.

CHARMING ACCOMMODATION

Le Soleil de Boracay boasts of 77 rooms. The rooms are calming with neutral and natural hues. We stayed at the Superior Deluxe room. It had a small balcony with the view of the hotel pool.

All of the resort's accommodations are well-appointed with essential amenities including an AC unit, a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, a cable TV, mini-ref, dresser, in-room safety deposit box, as well as towels and toiletries. The Superior Deluxe room is perfect for families of 3 since it has 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed.

For the ultimate stay, the Premier Seaview room is highly recommended. It's their newly-built room that comes with a King size or 2 Queen size beds. It's spacious and airy and the best thing about this room is the veranda overlooking the white beach- best for morning coffee and sunset cocktails.

ENJOYABLE FACILITIES

You don't have to travel far if you're hankering for some really good meals because they have an in-house restaurant. BEACH CAFE offers fine meals for the discerning palates. Believe me, it's one of the best in Station 2! Their Sinigang na Bagnet sa Batwan is a unique flavor experience. The Gambas will make you swoon and their Sizzling Sisig is a common dish done uncommonly well. Finish off with an order of Banana Split.

Our luau-theme 1st night was made more 'delicious' with the bounty of Appetizers served by Le Soleil. The chicken quesadillas and burritos were a great way to start the night. The nachos have ingredients combined together in a vibrant chorus and the Sisigan Pizza is bound to please even the most demanding of taste buds. I'm not exaggerating but it's food of the gods! You can also try their Healthy Smoothies or Fresh Fruit Shakes. And what's a luau night without a cocktail? Enjoy a great glass of Pinacolada , Tequila Sunrise, Mojito or Sex on the Beach. Each glass is less than 200 pesos only!

If you prefer something less salty, you can take a dip on their outdoor pool. The pool is situated along landscaped greenery with lounge chairs and umbrellas for ultimate comfort. If you don't want to leave the confines of the hotel and still wish to absorb Vitamin D, you can just sit back and get the beach feels at their pool area.

THINGS TO DO IN BORACAY

One's trip to Boracay isn't compete without experiencing the many activities it offers. Our stay in Le Soleil already includes island hopping , helmet diving and the UFO ride so this saves us time in scouting for these.

Hop on a boat to do island hopping and marvel at the wonders of nature and see why people from all over the world flock this place. Explore the other beaches featuring the most enticing shade of turquoise, go snorkeling or get adventurous by doing the helmet dive, paddle boarding, parasailing or jet skiing. Don't forget to try the Crystal Kayak- the boat paddlers make the best photographers!
