The most coveted title of Mister Philippines-Universe went to Mark Del Rosario of Cavite.
Mr. Philippines 2013, Willan Pagayon, passed his title to Del Rosario last Saturday, January 18 on the final gala night held at the Resorts World Manila Newport Performing Arts Theater.

Mark Del Rosario bested 24 other candidates from the archipelago and Filipino communities abroad.
I was surprised that Onakee Dela Cruz of Australia, Ethan Smith of New Zealand and Marlon Lopez of Mountain Province did not make it to Top 5. They were my early favorites.
