Cebu Pacific Expands International Routes This Q4: New Direct Flights to Japan, China, and Vietnam

Planning an international getaway before the year ends? Cebu Pacific is giving Filipino travelers more reasons to start planning.

The airline is expanding its international network this fourth quarter with new and returning direct routes connecting Philippine cities to destinations in Japan, China, and Vietnam.

For travelers looking for more options beyond Manila, the expansion is particularly interesting. Cebu and Clark are getting more international connections, making it easier for passengers outside Metro Manila to fly directly to popular Asian destinations.

More Ways to Fly From Cebu

Starting October 26, 2026, Cebu Pacific will resume direct flights between Cebu and Ho Chi Minh City, with flights operating three times weekly every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The route gives travelers from Central Visayas a more convenient way to experience Ho Chi Minh City, known for its fascinating history, vibrant streets, Vietnamese cuisine, and bustling urban culture.

Then in November, Cebu gets two more international connections.

Cebu–Shanghai

Beginning November 17, Cebu Pacific will launch direct flights between Cebu and Shanghai three times a week, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

The airline says it will be the only local airline offering direct flights between Cebu and Shanghai, giving travelers in the region another option for visiting one of China's major business and leisure destinations.

Flights from Shanghai to Cebu will operate three times weekly beginning November 18.

Cebu–Nagoya

Japan is also getting another direct connection from Cebu.

Starting November 19, Cebu Pacific will launch four-times-weekly flights between Cebu and Nagoya, operating every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Nagoya becomes the third Japanese destination that Cebu Pacific serves directly from Cebu, following Tokyo-Narita and Osaka.

And for travelers who prefer flying directly rather than connecting through Manila, there's another advantage: Cebu Pacific says it is currently the only airline offering direct flights between Cebu and Nagoya.

Clark Gets a Direct Link to Hanoi

Travelers from Central Luzon also have something to look forward to.

Cebu Pacific will relaunch its Clark–Hanoi route beginning November 19, with flights three times weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

The return flights from Hanoi to Clark will begin November 20 and operate every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

This means travelers from Clark and nearby areas can fly directly to Vietnam's capital without having to travel to Manila first.

For those based in Central Luzon, that's one less transfer—and potentially a much easier start to an international trip.

Manila–Xiamen Returns

Cebu Pacific is also bringing back its direct Manila–Xiamen service beginning November 23.
The route will operate twice weekly, every Monday and Friday.

The airline currently also operates direct flights from Manila to Shanghai and Guangzhou, further expanding its connectivity to China.

And There's a ₱1 Base Fare Sale

If these routes are making you want to book a trip, there's a timely reason to check your calendar.
Cebu Pacific is holding a special seat sale from August 7 to 11, 2026, with one-way base fares starting at just ₱1, exclusive of fees and surcharges.

The promotional travel period runs from October 26, 2026 to March 31, 2027, giving travelers plenty of time to plan their next international escape.

Of course, the usual rule applies: that ₱1 fare is a base fare, so passengers should factor in applicable taxes, fees, and add-ons when budgeting for the trip.

Cebu Pacific's Expanded Q4 International Network

Here's a quick look at the new and returning routes:

Cebu–NagoyaNovember 19, 20264x weekly

Manila–XiamenNovember 23, 20262x weekly

The expansion is part of Cebu Pacific's broader international network, which currently covers 26 international destinations, alongside 35 destinations within the Philippines.

For Filipino travelers, the bigger takeaway is simple: more direct routes mean more choices.
Whether you're flying from Cebu, Clark, or Manila, these additional connections could make that long-planned Japan, China, or Vietnam trip a little easier to pull off.

And with the holiday season just around the corner, now might be a good time to start checking those travel dates.
