Community-Centered Opening and Accessible Pricing
The opening day began with a morning blessing ceremony, followed by the grand opening program in the afternoon, and concluded with a motorcade around the community. As part of the celebration, the restaurant also distributed free meals to individuals in vulnerable sectors of the community, reflecting its commitment to serving not only as a dining destination but also as a partner in the community by making quality Filipino food accessible to more people.
Good Pares Restaurant offers pares meals priced at PHP 160 inclusive of unlimited soup, unlimited rice, and one soft drink. Rice meals and silog meals are available starting at PHP 150, while short orders are priced from PHP 80. Customers may also enjoy drinks and desserts ranging from PHP 60 to PHP 80, making the restaurant accessible to students, employees, families, and budget-conscious diners.
Unlimited Pares and Filipino Comfort Food
The restaurant specializes in unlimited pares, featuring a signature recipe inspired by traditional Filipino beef pares with a soup consistency balanced between thick and light flavors. Each serving is designed to provide a complete and budget-friendly dining experience for customers seeking hearty Filipino meals.
Founded by couple Gerlyn Guia Quiazon and Ralph Christian Quiazon, the restaurant marks their first venture into the food business. Driven by their love for eating and exploring different kinds of food, the couple established Good Pares Restaurant to cater to lower to middle-class individuals seeking affordable Filipino meals in a relaxed and welcoming outdoor dining setting.
Prior to its official grand opening, the restaurant initially held a soft opening in 2025, allowing customers within the community to first experience its menu offerings. The grand opening celebration on May 16 gathered members of the media, local content creators, and influencers as Good Pares Restaurant formally introduced its brand and dining concept to a wider audience. The event was also attended by GMA artist Sef Cadayona, who showed support for the restaurant’s official launch.
Following its successful opening, Good Pares Restaurant aims to strengthen its presence in Quezon City’s growing food scene by offering accessible Filipino comfort food paired with generous servings and extended operating hours.
