I was looking for a place to bring my family to celebrate our parents’ wedding anniversary. They are already senior citizens and so the option was to look for a place within Cavite where we also reside. El Palacio Hotel offers several rooms from Deluxe Room to Pool Side Suite. On our visit, we stayed at the ground floor of The Mansion. The Mansion has 2 floors with 5 rooms. The ground floor has 3 rooms, but we only stayed in two rooms because we’re just a group of 10. The 1st room has 3 beds and can comfortably fit 6, while the 2nd room has 4 beds, enough to accommodate 8. Both rooms are spacious and gives modern vibes. Each have an en suite toilet and bath, complete with towels and basic toiletries.
The mattresses have the right firmness, and the sheets and
linens were clean. Inside our room, we have a Smart TV with Netflix, a
perfectly working AC unit, and a coffee table with electric kettle and cups.

Each room offers a serene retreat with minimalist decor, comfortable beds, and all the essential amenities. The clean, modern design ensures a restful environment, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or working.
Staying at The Mansion gave us more privacy. We also get to enjoy playing the billiards and board games which is an exclusive use for those who stays here.

The hot weather sure made us want to dip our bodies in a pool for a refreshing dip. El Palacio Hotel has a sizable pool, and it was perfect for relaxing and bonding with family and friends. I’m an aquaphile, and while I’m more of a beach guy, sometimes I also prefer something less salty. Being around water gives my body and mind a rest from overstimulation. Swimming is an excellent way to relieve stress because it releases endorphins, which make us feel good about ourselves, and ANP, a hormone that reduces stress. Swimming may burn over 250 calories in just 30 minutes, making it ideal for people with busy schedules. Plus, it’s fun!
Besides the pool is a roofed area for dining, drinking or plainly lounging. On weekends, El Palacio Hotel has band performances, perfect to dance the night away. They also have a bistro for those who likes to belt it out in the karaoke.

Due to work, I don’t get to be with my family most of the time and we really had a great time catching up over cocktail drinks and bonding over videoke!

Chef Mon Urbano served us mouthwatering meals for our dinner. We love the hickory BBQ ribs. My siblings are picky eaters, and everyone agreed that it’s one of the best that we have tried!

For pasta lovers, delight your taste buds with their Imus Longganisa Pesto- it was an incredible local and Italian fusion. The roasted chicken and creamy carbonara were divine! I was personally craving for nachos that time and theirs delivered, too!
There are still more that you can order in the menu and I’m sure it will be a great gastronomic experience.
