The 17 ladies sure wowed the audience and the judges in their intricate festival costumes. Poise and grace were displayed during the long gown and the swimsuit competition.
There are a lot of beautiful candidates in this year's Mutya ng Palawan but for me, those who stood out were Mutya ng Kalayaan and Cuyo. I'm hoping these ladies will bag the title.
Sharla Santillan, Mutya ng Palawan 2015, will crown her successor tomorrow, June 22, 2017.
Former Bb. Pilipinas candidate, Thoreen Halvorsen, who hails from San Vicente, Palawan, hosted the preliminary competition of Mutya Ng Palawan 2017.
Mutya ng Palawan 2017 is just one of the many activities prepared by the government of Palawan, spearheaded by Gov. Jose Alvarez, for the Baragatan Festival. 'Baragatan' is a Cuyonon word for convergence or to meet in a designated place.
