Balik Alindog Program 2012

33 ang waistline ko nung sinukatan ako last October para sa uniform namin for this year. I know. Bargadagol lang ang peg. Nagta-try naman akong mag dance work out everytime Im in my home sa Cavite pero naging madalang iyon.

Everyday may 15-30mins walk akong nagagawa.

Buy ako kaagad, bilang marami akong nababasang benefits from sipping green tea.
Napag-alaman ko na may polyphenols ito which helps in burning calories. Husay!

Huwatttt??!! I cant bilibit! Nagpa-down size ako to 30. Aba, at maluwag pa din! Verum Est? Totoo ba ito? I cant bilibit talaga!

I lost 3 inches in waist after drinking green tea in 1 month! But wait there's more! Isa ba itong himala? Hmmmmm, i'd like to attribute this to green tea! (Palakpakan naman diyan!)
